We’ve tried to keep this quiet for a while now. Having initiated the development of this product four months ago with the team at Accsys Technologies who produce Accoya modified wood, we’re pleased to finally announce the launch of the latest innovation in the range: Cascapol – a non-foaming, waterproof joinery wood glue.

As always, the development of Cascapol has been driven by listening to our customers’ needs and responding with an adhesive that solves their sticky problems – simply. In this case, it’s all about bonding modified timber.

If you have been bonding modified timbers it is likely you have been using specialist PU wood adhesives is the most common option. However, PU adhesives are messy, difficult to clean, foaming, and contain VOCs – meaning professional training is required for safe use.

That is, until now.

With the arrival of Cascapol, the hassle of PU adhesives is eliminated. It’s easy to clean, non-foaming, VOC-free, and purpose-built to bond modified timbers effectively – without compromise.
