Titebond II Premium Wood Glue

Titebond II Premium Wood Glue is a one-part, water-resistant PVA wood glue for professional joinery, furniture making, repairs and exterior woodworking. It was the first readily available one-part wood adhesive to meet ANSI/HPVA Type II water-resistance requirements. Typical applications

Use Titebond II Premium Wood Glue for outdoor furniture, bird boxes, planters, picnic tables, interior furniture, cabinetry, shelving, general joinery, wood repairs and other close-fitting timber assemblies. It can be applied directly from the bottle or spread using a brush or roller.

Application guidance

Apply when the adhesive, timber and working environment are above 13°C. At approximately 21°C and 50% relative humidity, the open assembly time is 3–5 minutes and the total assembly time is 10–15 minutes. Apply sufficient clamping pressure to bring the joint tightly together, then remove wet excess adhesive with a damp cloth.

Important limitations

Titebond II Premium is water-resistant rather than suitable for permanent immersion. Do not use it below the waterline, for continuous submersion, or for structural and load-bearing applications. Test adhesion before use on treated, exotic or oily timbers, and keep the product from freezing.
