The Riepe LPZ/11 Release Agent, is a crucial element for edgebanding machines prior to pre-milling. This liquid, colorless LPZ/II agent, based on ethanol, prevents adhesive adhesion on workpieces. Compatible with all edge bands and adhesives, it’s not suitable for veneer edges. With a high ignition temperature of 425°C, it’s safe and economical, requiring less than 1 liter per 5000 running meters. Easily applied by spraying on the workpiece’s upper and lower edge areas.
