STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS
Free delivery on orders over £500 excluding VAT. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours on a normal working day if ordered before 3pm, orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Delivery time is typically 2-3 working days to the UK or 4-5 working days to Europe. Please note that a signature will be required to receive your order. In the event of stock not being available, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Orders under £500 excluding VAT will be charged at £8.99 + VAT for most UK mainland addresses. If your address is outside this zone, accurate costs will be calculated at checkout stage when your order is being submitted.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY TERMS
Next Day Signed Special Delivery, orders must be placed on our website by 1pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. In the event of stock not being available, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Orders requiring this service will be charged at £11.99 + VAT for most UK mainland addresses. If your address is outside this zone, accurate costs will be calculated at checkout stage when your order is being submitted.
